Return Policy

All purchases are final sale. No cancellations, returns or refunds are accepted. All items are sold in 'as is' vintage & new condition and without warranty of any kind. By placing an order you accept that the goods
ordered are vintage and made by hand, hence contain inherent irregularities. We endeavor to describe and demonstrate accurately the condition of each piece prior to purchase.

  • We take into account that within the EU you have the right to return purchases made online or through other types of distance selling, such as by phone, mail order or from a door-to-door salesperson, within 14 days for a full refund. This is the only exception to our no refund policy.

Shipping Options

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order, and giving you an order reference number (“Order Confirmation”). If there are any errors in the Order Confirmation information please notify us immediately.

If, for any reason, we cannot make your delivery within 30 days of the Order Confirmation, we will contact you to discuss your options.

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specified when placing your order. Depending on your location and the delivery address, you will be offered express and standard delivery options when placing your order.

If your delivery address is geographically remote, for example certain outlying islands or other isolated locations, it is possible that we may not be able to deliver there. If that is the case, we will notify you before we accept your order. We reserve the right not to deliver to any country that is prohibited by applicable laws. Orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box or similar addresses.

Folk Essence Product(s) comprised within the same order cannot be split and delivered to different addresses.

If you order a Folk Essence Product(s) for international delivery, they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import duties and taxes when the delivery reaches its destination.

You may be required to pay import duties and taxes. Folk Essence has no control over these charges, and cannot predict the amount. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order.

* Oversize items may require additional handling fees. In the event of a significant difference of shipping you will be notified before your order ships and you must approve the additional charge.
